  We have just received our new VW Van from the dealership and are very happy with it! Had a few hick ups initially with delivery dates and communication, but after a few phone calls the confusion has been sorted and everything went smooth from then on.   I took my vwt4 to this dealership a year ago now for a 6 k gear box fix .. it lasted 6 months and when I took it back they dident want to know .. I could write pages about this episode but now can't be bothered .. have paid another 5 k to get it fixed by a competent garage .. all I can say is don't go near this place , they are fools and con artists .. wear nice suits but have their fingers up somewhere that make them walk funny ...stay clear .... vike

  From start to finish, Hayden Ryan and Kate Campbell has made my Tiguan purchase super easy and quick. I called the dealership and spoke to Hayden. He found what I wanted. Kate looked after the finance side. Once all the paperwork was finalised, the vehicle was delivered to me in Sydney. The purchase process couldn't have been easier - through phone and email.
