    My third time dealing with Beard brothers, had the front tyre replaced. I arrived at the shop at10:15 and left at 10:45.The staff were very professional and courteous, I will definitely be dealing with them again.

    My BMW (a make he can't do specialist work on) broke its drive belt 15 k's out of town. Nathan came out in his ute, got the bike back to the shop, and stored the bike for a week. When I finally got back to pick it up, he charged me $30 bucks for everything. Exceptional service.

    Poor service on multiple occasions. Very unhelpful staff, always been told of the bad, around town.. Guess its true!
