  Anyways apartment is nothing like on the website. Old and outdated and what is the smell. Bathrooms are older then me and I'm 40. Sink is like the ones you get in old public toilets.

  I rented this apartment for my family whilst visiting Bathurst. The toilet was blocked. When called the owner ( Warren) his phone magically cut out. Called and called again straight to voicemail. I also sent him a text too. But no reply. Waited and called using a different number he answers. Shows up with a key to another apartment two doors down. Explained to him that it's not convenient to go back and forth with kids just to use the toilet ( FYI, the other room had a blocked sink).

  Clean but the kitchen consists of a noisy fridge and sink. Very old decor. Had to borrow some washing up liquid from next door. Beds uncomfortable.

  I won't recommend people to do business with such people who have no way of conducting business or falsely advertising of working WiFi and facilities such as toilets and sinks.

  During the day time the Julia the (owner) rude Kiwi calls us, has no people skills and was argumentative and rude. She was very rude when it came to me explaining to her that I didn't have set of keys to another apartment. After going back and forth she realised she made a mistake. We ended up moving to the back of the apartments blocks with the kids because the facilities were working. Non of the rooms had working WiFi either.

  Just got here and had to call after hours because reception is only open till 6pm. Apparently they send a text out to people about your rooms, unfortunately I use my phone for navigation so didn't see it. Lady came to reception threw her hands in the air and then quizzed my wife if we were the ones that called.
