    The room was clean and tidy. Booking in all good, but would expect the following in a room with cooking facilities 1. Tea towel 2. Wash cloth , 3. Television that did not reset the whole time... but the beds are comfortable to sleep.

    Excellent heating for winter stays. Very clean. Communal kitchen and lounge. Good parking. Secure building. Very quiet.

    The room was dirty and the room smelt awful. It was more like a back packers place. There was nobody there to talk to about any thing , normally when you are not happy about the room you talk to reception and they help and give you another room or something, the tv was useless because it had a picture of a keyboard in the middle of the screen so you couldn't even watch it, lucky i had my laptop with me, it was like you were abandoned and no one cared.

    Great place to stay. Right next to Mount Panorama. Clean. Tidy. Reasonable price. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends

    Very friendly staff. Clean & regularly serviced. Comfortable average cost accomodation in a quiet street. The history of the building is very interesting and has been done up well. Love the shared kitchen facilities.
