  I bought a puppy from this pet shop 2 weeks ago. I asked what the puppy was eating and if I could purchase a bag of the biscuits. Upon arriving home I realised I had been given biscuits for an adult dog and not an 8 week old puppy. I had already opened the bag but still had the receipt. I rang and spoke to the owner of the shop and explained I have been given the wrong bag. I asked if I could bring the bag back and get the correct one for puppies or at least get a refund. The owner said that they had been feeding my puppy the adult dog biscuits in the pet shop and that I should come in and buy a bag of puppy biscuits to mix in with the adult dog biscuits I had. This service is very disappointing. First of all puppies need to be on a food specific to their needs and secondly the owner should have done the decent thing and given me a bag of puppy food or refund, not try and get more money out of me. I won't be returning to this shop, you have lost a customer and will spend my money else where, like pet barn!

  Place was very smelly. Smelt like dogs had the poops really bad. Had to leave the smell have me a headache
