  Appalling! !! Got a veggie burger NO cheese. NO Drumstick in the kids meal. We are travelers from Sydney and would have expected far better from a country store. Fellow travelers BEWARE

  The burgers at hungry jacks are colder where they should there should be hotter burgers not cold

  Got a Chicken Royale Stunner meal from the drive through last Friday evening for my young daughter. Less than an hour after eating the meal she started complaining of stomach pains and gurgles. She then proceeded to vomit throughout the night and was sick in bed for most of the next day (she also developed Diarrhea). I had put it down to Gastro but now a week later and nobody else in the house has become sick. It was the Hungry Jacks food that got her sick. As a result, I will never purchase food from there again. Buyer beware!

  A tragic case of customer service and comfort being a nuisance. This could have been a joke, but its true and this is how customer service works here in Hungry Jacks Bathurst. I walked into the store on a cool 16 degree evening last Wednesday and was shocked by the temperature of the air conditioning. It actually felt like we were in a walk in freezer. Hugging my arms tight I walked up to the counter and asked the young man, Why so cold in here. He said the temperature is set for the kitchen staff so they don't get hot and he had asked them to change it but he was only a junior on the counter. Not willing to risk frost bite inside, I went to my car to get a jumper and came back. Still not warm enough I moved outside and waited for my meal.

  we're travellers. son didn't get sauce with nuggets or drumstick. wife ordered vegie burger with cheese...no cheese. chips were old. they need to train their staff better. we prefer hungry jacks over maccas but this was a poor effort.
