  This was my first academic year studying at CSU Bathurst and living in Holmhurst. It's a lovely building that carries so much interesting history and is perfectly preserved thanks to Ramona. I will for sure remain living here for the remainder of my studying at CSU.

  Holmhurst has all of the necessary essentials and exceeds the tenant's expectations. The owners are very friendly, truly put forth the maximum effort to accommodate our needs, and fix any discrepancy. Living in Holmhurst, I have met a good variety different people that come from many different places and made friends. It is a good atmosphere, everyone is friendly. Any set of rules that come with the accommodation are to ensure that the building is kept in order, kept clean, and to make sure that every tenant gets the mutual respect as they all deserve.

  If your looking for affordable accommodation in the Bathurst area I highly recommend booking into Holmhurst guest house. Well looked after there, made my stay very easy.

  What a two wonderful years I have spent at Holmhurst. Beautiful people and beautiful place. Big shout to Ramona who really looked after me after i left family in Sydney.Highly recommend this place.

  I have lived at Holmhurst for the couple of years and I can honestly say I have enjoyed my stay. It's convenient as it is in close proximity to Charles Sturt University, the town of Bathurst as well as Mount Panorama. It feels like a family home that is well looked after and has a happy, friendly dog for all those who miss their furry friends.

  As soon as I arrived at Holmhurst, I immediately felt the warm welcoming and friendly feeling. Being an international university student and being new to the area, I of course felt like the outsider and stranger to the area, but the warm and welcoming feeling that Ramona provided with the accommodation immediately eliminated that and made me feel right at home.
