  I have found Elders Nicoll and Ireland Bathurst extremely helpful and professional in my dealings with them. I have been renting from them and I locked myself out of my flat last Saturday evening. Around 8:30PM that Saturday evening, I rang David Nicoll and he helped me out. He went to their offices to get a spare key and drove them to me so I could get back inside. Now that is customer service at its best!!! Thank you David!

  what a bunch of rude people down there. No customer service skills and makes me feels like that they were racist towards me. Hope I never ever have to deal with them again.

  Terrible. Long term tenant, never had a bad record or any complaints yet felt the landlord and them made up an excuse cause we had small children and they didn't want us living there and evicted us based on that. We were just given notice to vacate based on no real reason though others living there weren't given an eviction notice and we felt we were predijuced because we had young children. The landlord even admitted to me the place wasn't child friendly, but at the end of the day that's my decision as a parent to determine whether a place is safe or not and it was safe and secure for my children and myself and that's what I liked about it. The lease agreement never said we could not have small children there it just felt we were discriminated against based on the fact we had children when we weren't given a legitimate reason but being told over the phone it was nothing we had done and we were good tenants

  They advertised a property for 220k, but bumped it to 250k when you enter their office. Then they push for rent at 20k a yr.

  Would like to say how very pleased I was with David in the trying to by our House.The Bank did not approve our loan .He could not have been more helpful to us .I hope I get the chance to one day buy him a Beer.
