    This would have to be as bad as Telstra. Bad service, if you can call it that. If you have an older family member do not send them to this shop, take yourself and everyone else to the Telstra shop in Orange, it is 40-50 minutes away and will provide you with all the services you require.

    I have heard staff tell an older lady to "Just ask your kids, they will be able to get online and print that off for you, if I were to do it I would have to sign in and print it off" ???really??? is that not your job? LAZY.

    Absolutely horrible. I'm so fed up with telstra it's not funny. This office NEVER answers the phone. How the hell do you expect to have happy customers when every time you get a call you don't answer it!

    95 minutes at the store and still no resolution to my billing issue. I did talk to 8 different people, all of them moved me to another isles and incompetent person. Then the last two disconnected me.

    Charging Telstra staff to look at Telstra mobile phone "If I were to have a look at that and try and fix it for you, I would have to charge you for the time and that could be anywhere of up to $50-60". Really you sold the mobile to them and now you are not going to help them.

    Terrible service would rate Telstra Bathurst a zero if I could. I understand they were busy and they closed in an hour times from when I walked in but they let me know that there was a 30min wait which I was happy to wait, the man said that he would send me text when I was next in line. I waited out the front right up until 5.30pm which then they closed the doors. I would much rather if they told people at 4.30pm that they were too busy to take on more customers for the day but instead they decide to disappoint and not meet people’s needs. Thanks for wasting an hour of my life!!

    Terrible service and advice everytime I or someone I knew went in there. Better off driving 40-50mins to Orange Telstra, and getting real service. Watch out they will charge you for somethings Orange will just provide you with. They also dont like the older generation saying "just go ask your kids to help you" and "just look that up online it shows you there" which is good if the person has internet, but that is okay a 60 year old woman can just "ask your kids to help you". Shame Telstra, no wonder everyone does it online and no wonder work is going offshore. If I could give you a zero I would.
